From a young age Daniel loved working on projects, problem-solving and engineering in various facets. At age 13 he began working on his father’s construction projects on weekends and during summers. Daniel attended Arizona State University and received a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus in alternative energy and minor in sustainability. During his time in college he had internships as a residential construction project superintendent and a solar design engineer. For a short time after graduation he worked for himself doing small-scale residential remodels in central Texas before moving to Denver and beginning his career with Schneider Electric. With SE he worked as a project engineer, project manager and, most recently, as engineering manager in large-scale commercial construction.

Patrick's father was a draftsman, he put his 13 children to work building a variety of structures. Patrick performed many scopes of work under his father's tutelage. Patrick started his own business when he was eighteen and worked building mostly commercial buildings in the greater New Orleans area. In 1984 he moved to the Austin - San Antonio corridor of Texas and built both commercial and residential buildings. In 1999 he moved to Telluride where he has been building mostly custom homes with a few commercial projects completed along the way. Patrick went on to work in the international humanitarian field with Medecins San Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders) for a few years performing logistical and project coordination in Africa.

As a visionary leader with excellent management skills and a knack for directing company operations in a growth-minded direction, Shannon has been helping companies reach their potential for over 10 years. As the current director of operations at Oldmixon Construction, she leverages her excellent leadership and teamwork skills in order to ensure that objectives are completed on time for delivery to the client. Additionally, she oversees the smooth operation of all projects, making a visit to each one monthly. As the Director of Operations, Shannon is directly responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day processes at the company run efficiently and without error.

Shayne represents the third generation of the Oldmixon Family’s immense building tradition. Lending his expertise and unmatched craftsmanship to each project, Shayne has built and helped design projects throughout Colorado and Texas for high profile clients. He ensures that every home is properly constructed exactly as the client envisioned. His regard for the best of the best makes every project not just a home but a masterpiece.
