We are a third generation building and development company that started in Texas in the 60’s.
For more than 60 years, we have placed quality and personal relationships at the heart of our company. Now a third generation construction company, we are happy to call Telluride our home. In order to build special properties, we must live in a special place ourselves and living and working in the beautiful San Juan Mountains accomplishes that mission. We pride ourselves on combining traditional values with modern techniques to help our clients realize their dreams.
Our Founder
Patrick has over 40 years of experience building homes in Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. In 1999, he moved to Telluride where he has been building custom homes and commercial projects to the high standard that the area’s clientele require. In recent years, he has taken his skills and passion for humanitarianism all over the world as a member of Medecins San Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders).
